We want every Eateryy Box order to reach you quickly and in good condition. This policy explains how we ship, how long it takes and what to do if something goes wrong. Eateryy Box is a brand of Dhari Foods, Ahmedabad.

How we ship

  • We ship only through reputed courier companies, so your order arrives fast and in good condition.
  • We try to send everything in your order together. If that is not possible because of the product or its availability, we will tell you before splitting the order.
  • Every order, including gifts, is shipped with an invoice showing the price, as required by Indian tax rules.

Shipping partners

  • We ship with Amazon Shipping, Delhivery, Aramex and Ecom Express, as available for your pincode at checkout.
  • For remote locations our partners do not cover, we can ship by India Post EMS Speed Post on request. We cannot always guarantee this, because the post office checks each parcel and may refuse items it thinks could be damaged in transit.

Dispatch and delivery time

  • We aim to dispatch every order on the day it is placed. 99% of our orders leave within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
  • We ship Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Monday.
  • Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 days anywhere in India. Courier companies use their own routes and transit hubs, so the exact delivery date is outside our control.
  • Please order with enough time to spare rather than at the last minute.

Damaged or tampered packages

  • If the package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery.
  • Then call our customer care on 88666 64329 or contact us with your order number, and email us at sales@eateryybox.in.
  • We will do our best to send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Tracking your order

  • You can follow your shipment any time from the Track your order page on our website.
