Empty the pack into a bowl, add the hot water shown on the pack (around 80 ml for most meals), stir, cover and rest for 5 minutes. You can also cook it in a pan for 3 minutes or in a microwave for 2. Remove the oxygen absorber before cooking.

No. Every meal is freeze-dried and shelf-stable. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and eat it soon after opening.
